The modern kitchen’s got all the kit you need. It’s open-plan and flows into a spacious, light-filled living room that opens onto the terrace. The terrace has a dining table and a spot to chill out.

Location

The townhouse is in one of the island’s posh areas. Del Duque bordering La Caleta. There are two pools in the complex, one of them heated. There’s also a kids’ pool and a playground.

The house is on three floors with quality modern finishes throughout and decent appliances fitted.

The beach is within walking distance. Loads of restaurants, bars, a supermarket, gift shops all nearby. The Plaza del Duque shopping complex isn’t far either.

Equipment and amenities

The flat’s got everything for a comfortable stay: bed linen, towels, kitchen stuff, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, telly, electric hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

If you’re travelling with little ones, there’s a travel cot, high chair and potty.
